What does it cost us?
Nothing. Clients pay the operator directly for the space. Our commission is invoiced to the operator after the deal closes.
How quickly do you respond?

Are the prices on this site final?
They are the operator's list prices. Quotes are almost always lower once term, seat count and lock-in are negotiated.
Can we take seats in more than one city?

Do you handle the agreement?
You sign directly with the operator. We review the commercial terms with you and keep the timeline moving.
What about GST across states?
Invoices are raised from the operator's GSTIN in the state of the centre. We flag where a state registration may be needed; confirm it with your tax advisor.
Can we visit before deciding?
Yes, and we schedule visits back to back so a shortlist can be seen in one afternoon.
How are operators vetted?
Every operator is approved by our listing team, and centres are verified before they go live.
