Do you charge clients anything?
No. Our commission is invoiced to the operator after the deal closes and you move in.
How fast can we move in?
Most centres can hand over within three to ten working days of a signed agreement, provided KYC and the deposit are in place.
Can we visit before deciding?
Yes. We schedule visits back to back so you can see three or four centres in one afternoon.
